Are the articles pre-produced?
Allmost every product are made after you order them.

They are unique since there are different modifications available. That way you can create your own product by choosing from many different combinations of materials, colors or add- ons.
Can I order higher Quantities?
Higher Quantities for weddings, birthdays, other events or B2B are easily possible.

I cant pay via PayPal.
Sometimes there might be an issue with the browser you are using. It should work after changing the browser and trying again.
Can I order a custom-made product?
No problem. If the options I provide aren't sufficient or you want a unique idea to be produced you can simply contact me at info@hannisch.com
My order hasn't arrived yet.
Sometimes delivery might take longer than the estimated times delivery times.
Don't worry, usually Deliveries don't get lost.

Why are the products so expensive?
Almost everything you see is made by me in Germany.
Most of the products are not pre-produced which is why I have to work on each order on its own.
This takes longer than producing higher quantities of the same product.
That means Hannisch is not a fast fashion company. It is important to me to be able to offer products for a long time.

In addition I try to avoid waste and plastic packaging.
